We’re recruiting Team Leads to guide small groups of children at an outdoor summer programme across a couple of sites in Kent, combining wild fun with a serious mission: to build independent thinkers.

This is an ideal role for recent school leavers or university students.  It’s mud, movement and high energy — underpinned by serious, research-led design, with input from Professor Rupert Wegerif (University of Cambridge), a world authority on the science of thinking.  

• You’ll lead (1:6 ratio).
